Safer Internet Day 2023 took place on the 7th of February 2023, with celebrations and learning based around the theme ‘Want to talk about it? Making space for conversations about life online’.
The e-safety committee delivered an assembly to start the day. Each class spent time looking at how they can use technology responsibly and also empowering and supporting them to talk about their online experiences. These conversations can be about all the exciting things they do on the internet and also to be confident to talk about their concerns to their trusted adults. Please talk to your children about what they have learnt during this day.
The children then painted and drew pictures of their own magic window. They made and played games about talking to their trusted adults. Owls worked together to make some super e-safety posters.
