Joyful January
The Joyful January Calendar offers 31 simple, child-friendly activities to help children notice, create, and grow moments of joy throughout the month. Each day includes a small, meaningful prompt such as sharing a smile, noticing something positive, taking a calm moment, or doing something kind for themselves or others. These gentle ideas encourage children to connect with what brings them happiness and supports emotional wellbeing.
