Residential 2026
🌿 PGL Liddington is an incredible 150‑acre site 🌿
It’s a beautiful setting with lakes, wildlife, and plenty of activities. There is always something happening throughout the day.
The children have had lots of fun while working together as a team. Activities included abseiling, climbing, the zip wire, and canoeing, with archery and orienteering keeping everyone busy on land.
A real highlight was the Vertical Challenge, where pupils worked together to stack crates as high as possible while supporting a teammate at the top.
Throughout the residential, Berkley pupils rose to every challenge, showing resilience, teamwork, and determination, often stepping outside their comfort zones. Their confidence has grown with each activity.
The children have enjoyed the meals, with the unlimited salad bar proving to be a firm favourite. It was also lovely to receive compliments from staff from another school about the Berkley pupils’ excellent behaviour. 💙
This has been a great opportunity for Year 4 and a residential they will remember for a long time. 🌟
A big thank you to Miss Collins and Mr Miles for giving up their time and supporting the children throughout the trip — it is truly appreciated. 👏
