The children took part in a lovely Christingle Service at St Mary’s Church Berkley on Sunday 16th December. It was lovely to see so many staff and parents give thanks with the local community. The children learnt all about the Christingle and its significance. Every year it is important to give thanks for the seasons, and the fruits of the earth to share. It reminds us that the love of God is everywhere. The red ribbon reminds us of his cross and pain. And then to complete our Christingle the lighting of the candle, shining out in the darkest night, there to lead and guide us and celebrate the world’s true light! Thanks to the Staff and Mrs White from the P.C.C.
