Mrs Burgess

We were able to say congratulations to Mrs Burgess for winning the Radio three Christmas carol competition today during our assembly. At the end of each assembly shy always plays a piece of music on the organ that is in theme with the topic of our assemblies. Today Mr Stone had talked about the Ephipany and the wise men visiting Jesus. Mrs Burgess then played a piece of music which was called follow the star . She explained to the children that if you listen carefully you can hear the camels in the music crossing a desert in the sand. She also had a child help play the note for the start so she could play the rest of the song.
